Refund Policy

  • TechRBun Store offers refunds for products that are damaged or defective, or if the product does not match the description on the website.
  • Refunds are not offered for digital products such as plugins, themes, or tools due to their nature as they can be easily copied and redistributed.

TechRBun Hire’s Cancellation/Refund Policy

At TechRBun Hire, we understand that circumstances can change and that sometimes you may need to cancel or request a refund for your project. We want to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible for you.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your project before work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • If you cancel your project after work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply, based on the amount of work completed and the total project cost. This fee will be calculated and agreed upon before proceeding with the cancellation.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the work completed on your project, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to our assessment of the work completed and the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the completion of the project.

TechRBun Hire reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the work completed meets the specifications agreed upon in the original project scope.
