- If you cancel your project before work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
- If you cancel your project after work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply, based on the amount of work completed and the total project cost. This fee will be calculated and agreed upon before proceeding with the cancellation.
If you are not satisfied with the work completed on your project, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to our assessment of the work completed and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the completion of the project.
TechRBun Hire reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that the work completed meets the specifications agreed upon in the original project scope.
